Am I responsible for providing a location or facility for my coaching session?
Yes, our coaches are responsible for finding a location or facility for their coaching sessions.
Sometimes a client will suggest a facility/location that is a convenient option. Coaches are welcome to train at a location of the client's choosing. However, in most cases, clients expect the coach to provide a training location.
We completely understand that securing a facility is one of the biggest obstacles to conducting a great coaching session. As a result, we're working hard to compile a list of recommended facilities and offer discounted access to partner facilities in the near future.
In the meantime, we recommend that you and find a local field or facility that can accommodate sessions (asking other coaches in your area or searching for facilities on the internet may yield some solid results).
We recommend that you inform us whether facility fees are included in your session rates. Many coaches on Coachability have found it effective to include facility fees in their session rates to compensate for any added costs. Another option is to specify that clients will have to pay a fee directly to the facility at the time of the session (for example, if the facility charges a guest fee).
Why Is It Important to Make Sure Bookings Are Made Through Coachability?
There are many reasons why it's important to make sure that a client books sessions with you through Coachability before training takes place.
Coachability processes credit card payments from the client, so you never have to worry about asking for money from the client.
Coachability protects you with a 24-hour cancellation policy in case a client no-shows for a scheduled session, allowing you to be paid for the time you’ve set aside.
Coachability periodically offers discounts to your clients. If your client uses a Coachability discount, your earnings will stay the same!

Guide To A Great Profile
If you have not received the Economic Impact Paymentor believe you received the wrong amount
What do I need to do to get the second round of stimulus payments?
If you received a CARES Act economic impact payment in 2020, you will automatically receive the new stimulus payment. Most people will get the new payment the same way they received the original payment.
When will I receive the second round of stimulus payments?
As of January 8, 2021, many people should already have received a direct deposit payment. However, some payments may have been sent to a temporary bank account created by your tax preparer last year. If so, your tax preparer should forward the payment on to you.
If you received your first payment by check or DirectExpress card, the supplemental stimulus payment should be mailed out during the month of January 2021.
What can I do if I did not receive a stimulus payment in 2020 or do not receive a supplemental payment in early January 2021?
I didn't get as much stimulus money as I expected. What should I do?
If you received less stimulus money than you expected, you will be able to claim the additional funds by filing your 2020 tax return. A few weeks after you receive the stimulus, you should receive Notice 1444 in the mail. Keep this notice to claim additional credits on your 2020 tax return.
If you are not sure how much stimulus money you were entitled to, please see below for more information on eligibility and payment levels.
